“It is a privilege to work with Ellen and her unique style that blends music, vibrational sound and guided imagery into a gentle and supportive journey of self and group exploration. I recently had the opportunity to facilitate a group bonding experience, via Ellen’s workshop, for the nursing team I work with. As a nursing team, we work together to support our patient’s needs, often setting our own needs and self-care toward the bottom of the list. Ellen worked with our team, honoring both the individual needs of each member as well as the energy and needs of the group. She provided an experiential, safe dialogue that allowed each team member to feel comfortable expressing their internal journey while creating a collective bond through group interaction and connection. As a surprise, we also were given the opportunity to create self-expressed art to share with one another and bring home to remind us of the experience. It is so important for those of us in the caregiving profession to feel self-empowered and supported in our service towards ourselves and others.
